The delivery service was first rate. The product is exactly as ordered. The packaging was not very good. The product in the box was quite small and padded out with newspaper. Because of the weight of the transformer it was sliding around in the box. I was concerned it could have damasged the lights or lead. At this stge all appears to be ok.
