Shipping & Returns




We usually ship out (not deliver) the orders within 2 business days after we receive the payment in full. We use Aus Post service. If the item is extra large, we will get a transport company to deliver it to you. All orders are trackable, and signatures are required on delivery. If there is no person attending at the address, a card will be left in your mailbox.

Our shipments are trackable. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. If you have not received your item after a few days, please contact us as soon as possible.

With Vicky Sun Lighting, you will have "peace of mind" and no more missing parcel. You can track your parcel online, on the phone (Australia Post 13 13 18) or contact us. We will email you the tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery Times

For the Normal Parcel Post, the dispatch time is 2 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding public holidays. Usually, We dispatch the orders made before 12 pm on the day.

For the Express Post, we try to send them on the same business day, or the next business day if the order was made too late. If you need express post very urgently, please contact us at 0433984988. We will try our best to help you.

All orders will be dispatched in 2 business days from Regents Park, NSW 2143, once the payment is received in full. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The delivery time can be found on the Australia Post website.
