Dispatch & Shipping Time
All of products showing at our website are in stock in Sydney, at our Regents Park warehouse.
Normally, we send orders within 2 business days for the regular post, and on next business day for the Express Post.
For the Sydney customers, if you want to pick up at our Regents Park warehouse, please order online and choose pick-up at checkout page, we will contact you to make an appointment for the pick-up. Normally, pick-up will be available between 2pm-4pm Mon-Fri or weekends.
During Christmas time, we ship orders at 4pm every day between Monday to Friday. Normally, the orders made before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day, the orders made after 2pm will be shipped on next business day.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times, it is out of our control. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
