Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We usually ship out (not deliver) the orders within 2 business days after we receive the payment in full. We use Aus Post and couriers services. All orders are trackable. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. If you have not received your item after a few days, please contact us or the transport company as soon as possible. With Vicky Sun Lighting, you will have "peace of mind" and no more missing parcel.
Delivery Times
For the Regular Post or Courier, the dispatch time is about at 4 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding public holidays. Usually, We dispatch the orders made before 2 pm on the day.
For the Express Post, we try to send them on the next business day. We can not provide "same day dispatch" service.
All orders will be dispatched from Regents Park, NSW 2143. The delivery time can be found on the Australia Post website.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
